Weight Loss: +1.5 (-26.9 loss total to date) wow, I did not see that coming.
This wasn't exactly a snack but I ate 3 little 1" pretzels.
I had a half sandwich but I only ate the crust off one of the slices of bread and tossed all the rest of the bread. I ate the chicken and the greens. It wasn't wonderful but it was OK.
I had about 2 ounces of tiny little pretzels.
Dinner happened about 11:30pm and consisted of about 2.5 ounces of cashew nuts.
I did not skip meals on purpose it was just the lack of being anywhere to eat (traveling). The good news is I hope not eating will make scale happier. I'll check in tomorrow.
