I ate about an ounce of raw cashew nuts.
I really didn't eat lunch but I had about another ounce of cashews. Those are way too easy to eat.
I ate nothing but plan on an early dinner
The cupboard is all but bare I had one last Nutrisystem Whole Wheat Crepes. I made a salad out of a bag of baby spinach. I topped the greens with some crumbled blue cheese and raw sunflower seeds.
I eventually had a bag of the Nutrisystem Sweet and Salty Snack Mix.
The only good news was I got all my 10k steps in again today. I tried to do a little yard work but the yard feels hopeless right now. I did manage to lop off the last couple of fingernails I still had. They are all now down to the quick. Tomorrow is a travel day so meals will be "interesting". No matter what, I'll report back tomorrow.
