I dumped some Fage 2% Greek yogurt it a bowl and ate it with a bag of Nutrisystem Biscotti Bites.
Breakfast was fairly early and I was hungry again by 9:30. I partook of my usual 6 raw cashew nuts. I'm still out of my old standby, the Dr. Keith's Chocolate Cream protein drink.
I opened up a Nutrisystem Grilled Chicken Sandwich, heated it and slathered on a little Sriracha sauce. I didn't even take time to throw a salad together. I did fancy up the plate with a thin slice of dill pickle.
I had about 1/3 of a Nutrirysystem Orange Cream Bar in the freezer I opened ages ago. It was warm so the ice cream sounded good. It was however, past its prime.
I had one last Nutrisystem Turkey Medallions with Mashed Potatoes left and a little bit of salad greens. I tossed the greens with my usual olive oil, balsamic vinegar and kosher salt. I added about a tablespoon of finely shredded cheddar to my salad.
I skipped dessert.
I'm hitting the road again in a couple days so I'm running out of everything and I don't want to have to shop. I'll just limp along until I get back. I'll be posting everyday as time/internet connection is available. See you tomorrow!
