I whipped up a scrambled egg and served it with one Nutrisystem Buttermilk Waffle topped with about a teaspoon of butter and some fake maple syrup.
I had 6 raw cashew nuts for a snack.
I'm not taking much time for meals today. I cut a slice of Dave's Killer skinny bread in half, slathered on some mustard and topped the mustard with a slice of Kirkland's Signature Extra Lean Thin Sliced Ham.
I didn't take time for a snack.
I had an afternoon appointment out which I walked to. After that I headed to one of our local spots for a light something to eat. I shared an order of 4 prawns (2 each) and enjoyed a small cup of Tortilla soup.
After my light dinner I headed home. After about an hour I got hungry so I made a little snack of 6 Triscuit reduced fat crackers, 1 slice of pepperjack cheese and one slice of Kirlkland's Extra Lean Thin Sliced Ham. I cut everything up and made six little snacks.
I just got one decent walk in and my calories were pretty reasonable. The scale always tells it's own version of the story. I do miss the gym. I'll be glad when I get back at it. See you tomorrow.
