I have some work I have to get to early this morning so I quickly heated a Nutrisystem Turkey Sausage and Egg Muffin. While these aren't the best thing I've eaten in my life they are convenient and sufficiently filling.
I had a cup of fresh coffee with cream and one slice of Kirkland extra lean thin sliced ham.
I think I may have a cold forever. Soup sounded good so I heated a box of Nutrisystem Tortilla Soup. I can't taste it but it was warm and has an agreeable consistency.
I finally headed out for a walk to the post office and back ( 7/10 of a mile each way). When I got back I had 6 cashew nuts, about 60 calories.
If I had fresh chicken I'd have baked it. Short of that I heated a Nutrisystem Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast. I'm still using up those salad greens so I made a quick salad and topped it with a little bit of Bleu Cheese and dressed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and kosher salt.
Dinner wasn't all that filling so I had a bag of Nutrisystem Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (like mock Oreos).
