I looked up and it was 10:30 already. I had 3 really thin slices of Toscano salami, about 1/2 ounce at most.
Something warm sounded good so I heated a Nutrisystem Steak and Cheese Melt. My salad greens are getting a little long in the tooth but I tossed them with my usual olive oil, balsamic vinegar and kosher salt.
I had one stick of light string cheese and 1/2 ounce of Toscano salami. I headed out for a short walk because I've barely moved all day. On my walk I saw this gorgeous rhododendron.
I rooted around in the freezer and found a box of Nutrisystem Ravioli Formaggio. I finished all my broccolini yesterday so I just had more field greens, dressed in the usual way with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and kosher salt.
I did add a little freshly grated Parmesan cheese on my ravioli and topped my salad with a little bit of crumbled bleu cheese.
Dinner was pretty filling so I passed on dessert.
I didn't get out much today for exercise but I got one small walk in. My weight inched down a little. Most meals were Nutrisystem. My cold is fading slowly. See you tomorrow.
