And back down I went! We purchased a little bacon while out shopping yesterday. I fried a piece nice and crisp and served it with scrambled eggs peppered with scallions and a half of Multi-Grain English muffin.
I had 2 thin slices of Toscano Salami, maybe 1/4 ounce
I wanted to use my leftover steak and broccolini from last night. I sliced the little piece of steak and plated it with the cold broccolini. I don't know why but I like cold cooked broccoli or broccolini.
I wasn't overly hungry but some cashews sounded good. I ate about an ounce.
I have some Nutrisystem foods I have to use up so I heated a Nutrisystem BBQ Seasoned Chicken. I served it over a toasted half Multi-grain English muffin. I steamed the rest of my broccolini and served it with a little dollop of mayonnaise.
I didn't have a snack.
I'm starting to get better, cold wise. I took a short walk and had to walk fast to get home before I got pelted by the rain. I didn't eat a lot today but I didn't starve myself either.
