So much for popcorn dinners; that's a lot of carbs which I compounded with extra fats. Naughty me! Still lacking anything that resembles energy I popped a Nutrisystem Cinnamon Roll in the microwave for 30 seconds and spooned about a half-cup sized glop of yogurt in my bowl. That was breakfast.
I combined my morning snack with lunch. I had 5 Triscuits and about 1 ounce of sharp cheddar cheese.

I'm on a roll combining meals again I skipped my snack and made an early dinner.
I haven't made Steak au Poivre for a while so I was in the mood. I plated mine with just a little of the fattening, delicious sauce. I served it with a nice pile of broccolini. I couldn't finish my steak so I tucked the leftovers away for a meal tomorrow.
Of course I got hungry later given I didn't finish my dinner. I tore open a bag of the Nutrisystem Sweet and Salty Snack Mix and downed it with a glass of water. My water consumption was low again today.
I can't even begin to guess if my weight will be up or down. I really didn't eat much today but my scale seems to know something I don't. I coughed less today so that's a small improvement. Hope you all are having a peaceful weekend. See you tomorrow.
