I'm in a go with the flow mood and just heated up a Nutrisystem Turkey Sausage and Egg Muffin. My cold still persists and I really don't care what I eat as long it just makes the hunger go away. After breakfast I followed up with a fresh cup of coffee with a tablespoon of cream.
I need to get off my Toscano tangent I had yet another 7/8 ounce. It's just tasty and easy.
I have next to no sense of taste. It almost matters not what I eat. I got a Nutrisystem Meatloaf Sandwich in my last order. I heated it and served with some salad greens dressed with balsamic, olive oil and kosher salt.
I got a walk in, a little less than 2 miles. I came home and had 6 raw cashew nuts. A little later I had 2 Carrs Wheat Crackers and about 1 ounce of sharp cheddar cheese.
I heated a Nutrisystem Chicken and Vegetable Stir-fry. I steamed some green greens and combined it all with some hot chile paste. The fresh beans gave it some color and the hot chile paste gave it some flavor.
I had enough calories for my limited exercise today so I didn't have any dessert.
2 miles was better than no exercise at all. All meals (not snacks) included Nutrisystem foods. I got a little more water down today. I'm thinking I'll never be rid of this silly cold but I'm sure I will eventually. See you all tomorrow.
