I pulled out a slice of Dave's Killer skinny bread from the loaf and topped it with one slice of Kirkland Thin Sliced Ham and a little mustard.
I'm not sure where the day went but lunch never happened. It's past one and I still have not had a walk nor did I have lunch.
I did get a little hungry so i had 6 raw cashew nuts. Later I headed out to the deck where the sun was shining and I slid the wrapper off a stick of Cheese Heads Mozzarella sticks and downed it slowly knowing dinner was eminent
My energy is still low and my cough from this cold has me totally worn down. Considering that, I wanted a decent meal even if I still can't taste it. I steamed some fresh green beans and heated a Nutrisystem Turkey Medallions with Mashed Potatoes. I dolled up the plate with some whole cranberry sauce. I topped the mashed potatoes and green beans with a little butter.
About an hour after dinner I wanted "something" for dessert between my hacking fits so I pulled out a bag of Nutrisystem Milk Chocolate Covered Pretzels.
I spent the day sitting. I skipped some meals but I didn't overeat to compensate. I'm still not feeling normal and I feel guilty for missing the gym again. I'll check in again tomorrow. It's March 1st and I hope to beat this cold real soon.
