I didn't sleep really well but I was hungry by the time breakfast rolled around. I had breakfast out. I didn't eat all that was shown. I had about 1/3 of the corned beef hash (homemade, not canned) 2 eggs over easy and 1/2 of a biscuit with a little butter and fruit jam.
Once I can home I had a fresh cup of hot coffee with 1 tablespoon of cream.
I ate but it was not what I would describe as lunch. I had one ounce of raw cashew nuts, and a handful of popcorn that had a little butter on it.
I went out for a little walk given I've had zero exercise today. By "little" I mean about 6 blocks. I don't have a lot of energy but I thought going outside would help my clogged head; it didn't help. The fresh air felt good but I'm still without any energy. When I got back I had a Kirkland Nut Bar, 210 calories.
I didn't eat dinner dinner but I did have a few more raw cashew nuts, about 1/2 ounce cheddar cheese and a few romaine lettuce leaves.
Those "foods" at dinner were things I snacked on throughout the evening. At some point I had 2 slices of Kirkland thin sliced ham.
Cold viruses are so annoying. I laid low most of the day and headed for bed early. Calorie wise I was on the high side but I eat predominantly healthy things, mostly proteins and some fats. I drank quite a bit of water. I broke down and even bought some cough syrup in hopes I can sleep tonight. Hope you all are having a nice weekend. I'll catch up tomorrow.
