I'm still waiting for my Nutrisystem order so I made due with the few things I had. I scrambled an egg, heated 2 slices of Canadian bacon (a.k.a ham) and a half of a Multi-grain light English Muffin. I also had a few slices of banana.
I had a few slices of Toscano, about an ounce for a snack. I was mid project and didn't want to take time for much of anything.
I put out minimal effort on lunch. I ate my last Nutrisystem Hamburger. I added a little mustard and catsup. I pulled 3 thin dill pickle slices out of the jar to serve alongside. No time for fancy.
Sadly the Toscano salami was so handy I had about another 1/2 ounce. Later I had a cup of coffee with about 1 tablespoon of cream.
Aside from a couple more stuffed chicken breasts I had one last Nutrisystem Stuffed Shells entree. I had a little more Sweet Baby Broccoli (broccolini) so I pan sauteed it with some olive oil and garlic slices. I topped with a little sprinkling of grated Parmesan cheese. I finished dinner early enough so I made a fresh cup of coffee with a little more cream.
I probably didn't need it but it sounded good. I had about 1/3 cup Fage 2% Greek Yogurt with a drizzle of honey and some finely chopped walnuts. This is the easiest, best tasting thing. The combination is magical.
I got a lot accomplished today, none of which included exercise. In my defense it did rain on and off all day (yes, I do own an umbrella). My meals were pretty reasonable but my calories a little high. My Nutrisystem order changed from due today to "pending" which is a euphemism for stuck in the snow again. I'll have to wing meals again tomorrow. I'll let you know how it goes tomorrow.
