I made a quick scramble with an egg, onion, and Canadian bacon. I had a half of Multi-grain light English muffin with about a teaspoon of butter.
I went out for a walk (7200 steps so far). Breakfast was late so I skipped a snack in lieu of an early lunch.
I shared lunch again today. I ate 2 bites of the hot dog and 1/2 of the cup of chili.
I'd say this cup probably holds closer to 1 1/2 cups, so even just half was probably a little more than "a single portion".
I was a little hungry so I snacked on a stick of light Mozzarella String Cheese.
This is my final night out of town and we treated ourselves to an evening out. I had an appetizer which was light. It was three little cones filled with fresh fish Poke. For my main course I had I braised lamb shank with a little risotto and carrots. It was delicious but I fill up so easily I barely made a dent it. I had the leftovers boxed up so I could have it for dinner tomorrow night.
I was too full to even consider eating more.
I walked to dinner so I finished up my 10k steps for the day. It was a beautiful last day in the snow country. Even with my modest portions I'm sure my calories were close or even exceeded my estimate. Tomorrow I should being to get back to my Nutrisystem regime. I'll be checking back in then.
