This was a strange day for eating much less dieting. I had breakfast at an odd little cafe. I had one egg, over easy and 1 piece of bacon and coffee. No pics, it's better to not see it.
None, on the road all morning.
After my skimpy breakfast I was hungry come lunch time. I'm in snow country so a little bowl of chili (shared) hit the spot.
Only because I've committed to be honest about what I eat am I admitting to my meals today. It was mid afternoon, well after lunch but too early for dinner. I shared a small bag of Chile Cheese Fritos, about 100 calories and a small bag of peanut m& m's 250 calories. Needless to say pictures would not be helpful.
This was the best meal I had all day. I had leftovers from tacos the other night. I heated the tortillas (no oil) and topped 1 with a tiny bit of left over seasoned beef, lettuce, onions, cheese, taco sauce. I had a 2nd one with no meat but everything else.
Needless to say I had them both (dessert and snack) earlier so I had nothing more.
Not sure I'll be brave enough to weigh in the morning. This was pretty bad and snow was heavy so I didn't get out to exercise as much as I should have. I know, excuses, excuses. I hope your week is going well and you're eating healthier than I am. There is always tomorrow (the lord willing). See you then (I hope)!
