I wanted to hit the road early so I prepared a quick breakfast of 1/2 cup Fage 2% yogurt, 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries and 1/2 English muffin with about a teaspoon of butter.
I was traveling again so, again, no snack.
I had a small cup of beef stew for lunch. Sorry, no pic!
I had lunch early so I was getting famished about 2:00. I finally bought a small bag of white cheddar popcorn about 150 calories worth.
Another meal out and it's more difficult to control calories. We split a Chateaubriand with broccolini, carrots and mashed potatoes. Sadly there was a lot of leftovers. What we ate was delicious.
This is supposed to serve 2 people but I think it was plenty for 4.
I had no space for dessert but I did have two bites of this creme brulee.
I got my full 10k steps in for the day. I didn't eat a lot but I'm sure the calorie content was higher than I would like. I look forward to some lighter meals tomorrow. I'll let you know how that goes.
