I did a simple scramble with egg, green onion and Canadian bacon. I served it with a half of a multi-grain light English muffin.
I was on the road and skipped a snack.
I stopped at a little cafe and had a small cup of Tortilla Soup.
Back on the road again so another snack skipped.
I pan grilled a steak, steamed some fresh green beans and baked a sweet potato. I had about 6 ounces of steak and half of the potato.
I was pretty hungry so I filled up fast and skipped dessert.
I didn't get as much exercise as I wanted but I did get one walk in. My food intake was pretty moderate. Hope your week is going well. See you tomorrow!
