I'm getting close to re-order time so my options are more limited. I just scrambled an egg and toasted 1 "light" whole wheat English muffin. I had about 1 teaspoon butter on each half.
Huh, what? Oh, yes, that snack. It didn't happen. I'm "heads down working" on a major project. I didn't even think of a snack.
My stomach finally reminded me it was lunch time. I opened a can of tuna, added some chopped celery, chopped green onion, and a few sliced black olives. I stirred in a little mayonnaise. I tossed about 1/3 cup of the mixture on top of a slice of Dave's Killer skinny bread. I slammed it down in record time, then back to my project.
After several hours staring at a computer screen I took a break and had a cup of fresh coffee with some cream.
I selected the frozen food entree at the top of the stack in the freezer. My hand landed on the Nutrisystem Whole Wheat Ricotta Crepes. I haven't had this in awhile. It's not bad. I'm out of fresh vegetables to cook so I sliced some cucumber and some pretty orange bell peppers to serve on the side. I availed myself of some Bolthouse Greek Yogurt blue cheese dressing to use as a dip for the vegetables.
I decided to pass on dessert mostly because I all I have left are frozen things and it's cold already and also because my weight is being stubborn.
Wow, I barely moved all day. If it were not for an occasional meal I'd have never moved from my chair. I did get a good bite on my project I'm working on. Tomorrow is gym day (yeah?). It seems exercise is getting harder instead of easier. Have a good one, see you Friday!
