I wasn't picky about breakfast this morning. All I cared about was getting some protein in before the gym. I had about 1/3 cup Fage 2% Greek yogurt, a slice of toasted Dave's Killer skinny bread with about 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
I swear the trainer is trying to kill me! The workouts seem brutal these days. I got a short walk in after the gym. Then, I celebrated my survival with my usual Dr. Keith's Chocolate Cream protein shake.
I heated a Nutrisystem Steak and Cheese Melt and served it with my usual field greens salad with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and kosher salt.
I didn't have much for snacking so I had a cup of coffee with a little cream. When I say "a little" I mean 1 tablespoon or less.
I'm still whittling away at my stack of Nutrisystem Turkey Medallions with Mashed Potatoes entrees. I polished off one along with a few cherry tomatoes. I used a toothpick to spear the little suckers so I could dunk them in my Bolthouse Greek Yogurt blue cheese dressing.
My calories are pretty low for a workout day so I treated myself to a Nutrisystem Orange Cream Bar. Later in the evening I really wanted something chocolate so I had 3 small squares of extra dark chocolate.
Not sure why my weight is going in the wrong direction but hope that rectifies itself soon. We're in for me rain so exercise is going to be sparse for a couple more days. Hope you all are having a great week. See you Thursday!
