After having all most 4" of rain fall in the last 12 hours the prospect for a walk outside today look slim. Exercise or not I still get hungry. I tossed back my usual 12 ounce Dr. Keith's Chocolate Cream protein shake.
For lack of creativity I grabbed for the Nutrisystem Grilled Chicken Sandwich, again. I served with some BBQ sauce and my usual field greens salad.
Something salty sounded good so I had 6 Triscuit crackers (original). One of the few snacks you can buy that only has 3 ingredients.
I whipped up some sauteed mushrooms to go with my Nutrisystem Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast. I served this with some steamed broccoli.
Later I had another Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake. For some reason I got hungry before bed (I don't typically) so I had about 1/2 Fage 2% Greek yogurt with some walnuts crumbled on top and a tiny drizzle of honey.
I didn't think the rain would stop. I didn't get any walking in today. My meals were pretty reasonable all in all. Tomorrow I'll hit the gym which can only help. Hope your week is going well. See you tomorrow!
