Sunday February 5, 2017 Total Steps : 5074 (no walk just general activity) Total Calories: 1273 (estimated) Water Intake: 26oz Weight Loss: +.6 (-25.6 lbs loss total to date) this is not a healthy trend. I imagine tomorrow will be worse (read on to see why).
Not sure why my weight bounced up after such a good day yesterday but it did. It's just one of those things. Meanwhile I decided to have the last of my Nutrisystem Thick Sliced French Toast for breakfast. I also whipped up a scrambled egg to serve alongside. I topped my French toast with about 2 teaspoons butter and a small puddle of sugar-free maple syrup.
I need to shop for more/better snack options. Meanwhile I had another cup of coffee with cream and a half of a stick of light string cheese.
Earlier in the day I took out some of the sliced turkey I had in the freezer. I ate about 2 ounces atop a slice of Dave's killer skinny bread (including about 1.5 teaspoons of mayo) for a mini turkey sandwich. It wasn't an overly attractive meal but it was sufficiently filling.
It's Superbowl Sunday which is not a big event for us. That said I went the chip and chili-cheese dip route. I also prepped some celery so I had an option that was not so, well, fattening and unhealthy. I ate my share but I didn't go (too) overboard.
As the game went into overtime I actually got a bit peckish so I did a repeat of last nights dessert, Fage 2% yogurt topped with about a teaspoon of honey and some chopped walnuts. This is my new favorite.
This was not one of my better nutrition days but it's not like I eat those kind of snack things everyday (she keeps telling herself). Tomorrow is my workout at the gym so I shall repent. Hope you all had a great weekend and we'll see you Monday!
