The gym trainer had to leave early today so I had to try to get to the gym earlier than normal. I wolfed down a Nutrisystem Turkey Sausage and Egg Muffin along with my typical 2 cups of coffee.
I've got some kind of coffee thing going on, it seems more compelling than normal. I had another fresh cup with some real cream.
Back to my Nutrisystem basics (and it is cold out) I heated a container of the Nutrisystem White Bean Chicken Chili. I didn't fuss with a vegetable.
I'm a nut nut. I had about 1 ounce of walnuts. As with most cheese and nuts I could totally obsess but I stuck to a reasonable portion.
Well, given I'm back to Nutrisystem entrees I heated a Nutrisystem Turkey Medallions with Mashed Potatoes entree. I depleted by stock of fresh vegetables so I (please forgive me) opened a can of cranberry sauce ( I blame my husband).
I opted out of a snack feeling guilty about the whole cranberry sauce deal.
It was a killer work out day, for me at least. I got a walk in after as well as another mile walk or so later today. Tomorrow I plan to do more walking. Although I'm glad my Nutrisystem order arrived I have to admit I'm growing tired of the selections. Have a great weekend I'll check back tomorrow/
