Oh dear, and right back up. Probably that delicious dinner last night!
An hour or so after breakfast I treated myself to another cup of coffee with some real cream.
I saved the other half of my steak last night so I had a few slices with a slice of Dave's Killer skinny bread and about 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise.
This day totally got away from me. Snack time whooshed by again.
Any time I find nice fresh ahi I make it for dinner. I steamed some rice and roasted some broccoli to serve alongside. I always serve my ahi seared, not cooked through. I couldn't eat all the fish so I tucked some away for a snack tomorrow.
I needed dessert like one needs a flat tire on Monday morning but I indulged anyway (in dessert, not a flat tire). I had the Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake.
My steps today were just general activity but no walk. Thank heavens I have the gym tomorrow. The weekend is near and the rain should be over for awhile so I'll get out and get moving again. See you tomorrow!
