Bounced back down. I don't know why I weigh everyday. Anyway, it tis, what it tis.
I took off for a 4700 step walk.
I was hungry when I got back so I had about 1.5 ounce left of my pork chop from dinner last night. I sliced that and munched on it for my morning snack. Later I had 2 cups of coffee with real cream.
Given I'm still waiting for my frozen foods from Nutrisystem I used my very last melt; the Nutrisystem Steak and Cheese Melt. As a side I dressed some salad greens with my usual olive oil, balsamic vinegar and kosher salt.
I've not had a lot of exercise but I still keep dealing with intermittent hunger. I sliced the last of the poached chicken, and some cucumber. Simple but good.
In the depths of my freezer I located a slightly frost-covered box of Nutrisystem Chicken Enchilada. I heated that and served it with more of my steamed filet greens beans.
Resist I tried but I was in a munchie mood after dinner. I decided on my Nutrisystem Sweet and Salty Snack Mix. My husband chose a package of the Nutrisystem Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (2 packages) I ate one cookie.
In addition to my walk I got a little raking, sweeping and yard work done. That was the sum total of my exercise. My meals were civilized except for maybe the 3 cups of coffee with real cream. Lets see what tomorrow brings.
