Ah, better. I'm 1/10th of a pound short of 25 pound loss. Getting walks in today does not look good. The rain is persistent.
A fried some bacon real crisp and had one slice with a scrambled egg and 1/2 package of the Nutrisystem Buttermilk Waffles. I topped my waffle with my usual fake maple syrup (sugar free).
Yet another missed snack.
I still have not received my Nutrisystem order so I winged it for lunch. I had a slice of Dave's Killer skinny bread, a teaspoon of mayonnaise and a slice and a half of turkey breast.
Afternoon snack time came and went too without a snack.
I still had a couple of Nutrisystem pizzas so I heated those up. I threw on some extra onions, Parmesan cheese and some chopped poached chicken breast. It was not terrific but it was OK.
Pizzas for two.
We shared a bag of the Nutrisystem Shortbread Cookies.
It was nice to see the scale budge downward for a change. My meals will remain odd given I only have a few Nutrisystem foods left. I have no idea what has happened to my order. Meanwhile, onward and forward. Have a good weekend!
