It was back to my Fage 2% Greek yogurt and Anahola granola. I had 1/2 cup each. I really should have had a 1/4 cup of the cereal due to the calories.
So far no exercise for the day but I managed to skip a morning snack.
Of course I was hungry at lunch time and I wanted to use up some leftovers so I made some fried rice which ended up tasting great! I'm surprised because my previous attempts at making fried rice did not come out so well. The downside is rice is high in calories and I should have reduced my serving size (but didn't). Snack time came and went too. I finally got out for a short walk, a couple miles then got cleaned up for an early dinner.
It was another appetizer meal of which some were better than others. Everything shown we shared.
This was a very fresh, nice shrimp cocktail. The little bits of sea asparagus were very tasty.
These were pork spring rolls. I don't typically order fried thing. They tasted OK, the sauce was flavorful but they seemed even previously frozen, the pork was very dry.
Sadly these ribs were not great either. I just ate about 1 1/2 ribs. They were very overcooked.
I did NOT eat this dessert. I took one small bite. It is a Coconut Roulade. It tasted fine just way too many calories for me.
Well I guess I was in full vacation mode because I did not get much exercise and I know I ate more than I should have. We'll see what the scale says in the morning.
