I scrambled another 1.5 eggs and mixed in some diced Portuguese sausage. I also had about 1/4 cup of Fage 2% Greek Yogurt and 1/4 cup of Anahola Granola (105 calories) for a total of about 385 calories. I'm heading out for a long walk, about 7-8 miles so I'm sure I'll burn it off.
I stopped for an ice tea, no sugar.
I was about at mile 5 and I was pretty hungry. My husband I split a very nice cheeseburger with avocado. I'm sure my half was over 400 calories. It tasted great!
I had 12 potato chips (about 140 calories).
I had the last piece of ahi to cook. I seared it and tried a different sauce. The sauce recipe used, chile garlic sauce, soy sauce, a pinch of sugar and fresh lemon juice. It was "OK" I didn't love love it. I added a little Roquefort cheese on top of my otherwise plain salad. I quick sauteed some fresh snow peas with olive oil and fresh garlic. Those were the best part of the dinner.
Even though I went out for yet another walk after dinner I passed on dessert. I figured I did enough damage for the day.
I walked more today than I have in a really long time. I ate sensibly but I could not track my calories with a lot of accuracy but I didn't do too badly. I probably won't walk as much tomorrow so I'll cut back on meals. See you tomorrow!
