Well, I still weigh the same. **Sigh**.
I decided to shake things up a bit (pun intended) so I had a Dr. Keith's Chocolate Cream protein drink for breakfast. 180 calories and packed with fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals.
I've been running behind since I woke up. I totally skipped my morning snack.
I heated a cup of the Nutrisystem Tortilla Soup and made my usual field greens salad.
Snacks just didn't happen today.
I had dinner a little early this evening and I was pretty hungry. I heated the Nutrisystem Pasta Parmesan. I also steamed some fresh green beans. I sprinkled about 1/2 ounce of fresh Parmesan cheese over everything for a little extra flavor.
I combined my dessert and my two missed snacks (that's my rational of course) so I had a Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake and later I had a Kirkland Nut Bar. This is becoming a naughty habit.
Well slowly but surely I'm getting back on track. This double dessert thing needs to stop. I'll be preparing a special New Years Eve dinner for friends so I need to get conservative before and after. Well, that's the plan at least. Tomorrow is gym day so I'll get a good work out. See you then!
