Total Steps: 5844 (workout + walk)
Total Calories: 1400 (estimated)
Water Intake: 24 oz
Weight Loss: +.2 (-23.6 lbs loss total to date)
Considering last nights desert-a-thon, not too bad.
I swear the trainer is trying to kill me! I got out of there alive but the rain is coming down so the prospects of a walk don't look good. I decided to have some fun with food and I made Christmas Stars out of my Kirkland Extra Lean ham. I ate two slices total and a little mustard.
I'm going to have dinner with friends this evening so I just made a simple Nutrisystem Hamburger dressed with some red onion, catsup and mustard.
I skipped my snack given I was going out and not 100% sure of the menu.
Dinner was very simple and nice. Fresh cheese ravioli, fresh cracked crab and a simple salad. I ate like a human.
I figured I did enough damage with dinner no sense in adding on more calories.
Today was a nice relaxing day all in all. I never got a 2nd walk in so my steps were low but I did work out. Tomorrow is Christmas and I have much to do as I'm sure you all do as well. See you then!
