I'm still up 1/10th of a pound but I'm not concerned.
I had a Nutrisystem Cinnamon Roll with my coffee. Later I had about 1/2 cup of Fage 2% Greek Yogurt. This was a little minimal for a workout day so before dashing out the door I ate one slice of the Kirkland Extra Lean thin sliced ham.
We had some new workout exercises today that were killer! Even so I took a walk around a few blocks afterward. I treated myself to my usual Dr. Keith's Chocolate Cream protein drink.
I was out and about at lunch time so I went to my fave Fresh-Mex place for their mesquite grilled chicken salad. I ate about half of the chicken, all the greens. I brought the rest of the chicken home for another meal.
For a quick snack I grabbed 4 raw almonds. I could eat 40 of these (but I didn't).
I'm back to a strait Nutrisystem dinner. I prepped the Nutrisystem Chicken and Pasta Parmesan. I sure wish the chicken were not so soggy but I was hungry so I ate it. I peeled and sliced a cucumber and had that with about 2T Bolthouse Greek Yogurt Blue Cheese dip. I sprinkled some freshly grated Parmesan on my pasta.
I knew my calories were on the low side so I had a "mixed cookie" dessert. I had 1/2 package of the Nutrisystem Vanilla Shortbread cookies and I had one of the 3 Nutrisystem Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (so 1/3 package). They only totaled 139 calories so not bad.
Between my workout, my afternoon walk, a 2nd little walk and my daily activities I hit well over my 10k goal, in fact on my way to 14k steps! I still need to remind myself to drink water. I kept my meals conservative again today. I know I will be preparing a rather large Christmas Dinner and I plan to enjoy it (conservatively). I'm curious to check my scale tomorrow morning. Hope you are all staying sane this Christmas week!
