Back to where I was about a week ago. Slow slow slow.
We took a quick drive to the beach for breakfast. I had two eggs over easy with a side of ham. I only ate half the ham. No bread, etc.
As cool as it has been I'm still sticking with my Dr. Keith's Chocolate Cream protein shake.
I managed to somehow miss lunch today. Breakfast was pretty filling. After my morning snack we set out for one of two walks I had for the day. I decided to have an afternoon snack later then an early dinner.
I prepared some radishes and cucumbers and served them along with some Bolthouse Greek Yogurt Bold Blue Cheese dressing. There was some warm sun on the deck so it was nice to sit outside. Within a half hour or so it got so cold we had to go back into the house. I enjoyed the warm sun while it lasted.
The snack did tide me over for an hour or so. Then I made a simple dinner of the Nutrisystem Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breasts with steamed green beans. I used the last of the radishes for garnish. Not overly fancy but it all hit the spot.
After dinner I bundled up for one more short around the neighborhood. I came back and warmed up in front of the fire with a Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake.
By my last walk I made over 10k steps, short of my 11k goal. As I mentioned I'm going to set my winter goal back down to 10k which is more attainable. My calories were pretty low today given I skipped lunch and my afternoon snack was only a few calories. I'm hoping I'll see the scale budge downward tomorrow. We shall see and you'll be the first (after me) to know!
