Slowly inching down again!
I had another farmer's breakfast. I had the Nutrisystem Buttermilk Waffle (1) a scrambled egg and 2 slices of Uncured Canadian Bacon (aka ham).
Today is going to be very busy. I went to my workout and had a Dr. Keith's Chocolate Cream protein drink when I got back home.
I had a leftover half of a Nutrisystem Italian Flatbread Pizza so I had that for lunch with a field greens salad. I dressed the salad with my usual olive oil, balsamic vinegar and kosher salt.
Sigh.. I missed my snack again.
I really was in the mood for real food for dinner. I simmered more chicken breasts and whipped up another chicken salad. These are simple but taste great. We always use Mary's chicken.
I got a little snacky so I tried the Nutrisystem Milk Chocolate Flavored Pretzels. This is not something I would typically eat. They were OK. Tasted more like a cookie to me than a pretzel. If you like that sort of thing I'd give them a try. I also had 1/2 of an open bag of Nutrisystem Sweet and Salty Snack mix that I polished off.
As you can see I never got out for a walk today. All the steps I got were at the gym or while doing normal chores. My eating was pretty good and total calorie count under 1200. All in all this was a good day. Hope the week simmers down.
