I had a lazy breakfast this morning. I heated yet another Nutrisystem Cinnamon Roll and made yet another scrambled egg. My coffee pot provided me with a couple of nice cups of black coffee as well.
I was feeling a bit peckish even though I have not walked at all today. I still had Toscano Salami so I had my usual ounce plus some red bell pepper, yellow tomatoes and Bolthouse Greek Yogurt Blue Cheese dressing.
I think I blinked and it was lunch time already, in fact it was almost 2:00. One of those busier than I'd like days. I had what I think is the last of my Nutrisystem Grilled Chicken Sandwiches. I topped with some Chipotle Mustard, which was interesting stuff. It added a really nice flavor to the otherwise semi-bland sandwich. I had a few lettuce leaves from the garden to use as well. It made for a satisfying lunch.
Other than a nice fresh cup of coffee I skipped my afternoon snack.
After a quick browse in the freezer I decided on the Nutrisystem Stuffed Shells entree. This is still one of the better tasting meals, in my opinion. The sauce has a very good flavor although it tends to separate. I'll have to try cooking it longer, that might help thicken up the sauce. There is an over abundance of sauce.
I also steamed more fresh green beans to go alongside.
I decided on my last Nutrisystem Sweet and Salty Snack Mix for my after dinner treat. This is still a fave. I also, later, in front of TV ate about 3/4 ounce of raw cashew nuts. My excuse is I skipped my afternoon snack.
I'm in an exercise slump. I didn't go out for a single walk today. The gym 3 days a week is good but it's not enough. I'm afraid this is going to catch up with on the scale. I'm skipping snacks too and doubling up later which is not such a good thing. We'll see how it goes when I hit the scale tomorrow.
