I was a coward so I did not weigh. I'll check it again tomorrow.
I purchased an avocado a couple days ago and it was ready to be eaten today. I heated a Nutrisystem Turkey Sausage and Egg Muffin. I added two thin slices of the avocado atop the sausage patty. This was pretty tasty!
My snack was either a late breakfast course or a snack. Let's call it a snack. I had about 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese.
It was time for a walk so I wanted some lunch before I left. I needed to use my avocado so I put a couple of slices on top of my Nutrisystem Hamburger. It was a good avocado but somehow the whole thing ended up being a little bland. I had a little pepperoncini on the side. It is the Christmas Parade day here in town so we had a nice walk and followed most of the parade route.
I was mid-project and didn't have much to snack on so I grabbed a Nutrisytem Fudge Brownie and ate half only about 75 calories.
Tonight I'm preparing the dinner I intended to have last night when I went on my cheese-athon. I made a nice steak au poivre, fresh green beans and a half of a baked sweet potato. I was so hungry I didn't take time to fuss with my image so be advised it tasted better than it appeared. My only small complaint is that I purchased a rather expensive New York steak from Whole Foods but it was really gristly. Nevertheless it all tasted very good.
I topped the meal off (an hour or so after) with a Nutrisystem Ice Cream Sandwich.
This ended up a pretty good day. I came close to my 11k step goal, watched a parade and had a really nice Flex Meal for dinner. I will brave the scale again in the morning.
