I felt like something fresh so I just made a scrambled egg, Canadian Bacon and toast.
It was time to head out for a walk. It's too early for lunch but I'm hungry so I had 1 ounce of raw cashew nuts. I took a decent walk at least 45 minutes but I'll need at least one more walk to get my full 11k steps in.
I took my lunch on the deck this afternoon. I heated a Nutrisystem Steak and Cheese Melt and served with the last of my salad greens. I topped my greens with the usual olive oil, balsamic vinegar, kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.
I decided to have dinner early so I skipped my snack, again.
I planned on having the Nutrisystem Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast for dinner but I changed my mind. I had leftover crab in the refrigerator. There was not enough to make crab cakes so we decided to have it for dinner. Had it not been for the drawn butter it would have been super low calorie.
At least I didn't have anymore of the Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie! In fact I didn't even have any dessert at all.
My day was almost back to normal, food wise. I took another walk after dinner so I got all my steps in for the day too. I may try my scale again tomorrow. We'll see. Until then, stay healthy!
