Weight is neither up nor down. I'm just slightly disappointed. I though, hoped it would take a drop. Weight loss is down to a standstill.
I want to get to the framer's market before it starts raining again. At least I'll get a few steps in for the day. A walk to that market and back is only about 4000 steps at best. I popped a Nutrisystem Turkey Sausage and Egg Muffin in the microwave then gave it a toast in the mini-convection oven to crisp it up a bit. I'll have a protein shake after I get back from the market.
I enjoyed my Dr. Keith's Chocolate Cream protein shake again. So glad to have these back!
I'm in the middle of yet another project today so I don't want to take time to fuss with lunch. I heated a Nutrisystem Red Beans and Rice entree. This really tastes pretty good. I don't typically go for MRE meals that contain meat. It's a smallish but filling portion. I had a cup of coffee after and added 1 tablespoon of cream.
I'm back to my Dave's Killer skinny bread with 3/4 ounce of Toscano salami. For some reason I was craving protein so I also had 1 ounce of raw cashews.
I never made it out for a 2nd walk so my steps will be low, again, today. For dinner I had the Nutrisystem Turkey Medallions with Mashed Potatoes and some fresh filet beans from the farmer's market. This meal is always so filling.
An hour or so after dinner something sweet sounded good so I had the Nutrisystem Ice Cream Sandwich which is one of the lower calorie options.
Well, while my calories weren't too bad they were more than they should have been. That cream in my coffee and those cashew nuts kicked up the fat for the day. Progress, not perfection as they say. I hope you all had a restful and nutritionally healthy weekend! Let's see what tomorrow brings. Oh and FYI I'm working on a feature that will allow you to view a list of all Nutrisystem foods and sort the list by calories, carbs, sodium, etc. This will allow readers to research the foods that fit their program the best.
