That could have gone badly, but my weigh-in for the day not horrible; all things considering.
I was all set for eggs for breakfast when I realized I was out of eggs. Tomorrow is farmer's market day so I'll get them then. Instead, I heated a Nutrisystem Thick Sliced French Toast and pan heated 2 slices of Canadian Bacon (aka ham). I drizzled hot maple-like-syrup atop the French toast.
My Dr. Keith's Chocolate Cream protein shake powder showed up in the mail yesterday. I couldn't wait to try it and it was in fact as good as ever. If you didn't see my older blog where I showed the nutrient content you can view it here.
By the way I did make it out for a walk about 9:30a.m. which was none too soon before the rains showed up. I'm not sure if I'll be walking outside again today.
So far so good I'm sticking to the program today. I kept lunch simple by heating a Nutrisystem Four Cheese Melt and a making a quick field greens salad.
I worked through snack time and didn't even miss it. I started a new project which held my attention for a couple of hours.
I had a couple of fresh squash left so I prepped those on the cook top while I heated my Nutrisystem Ravioli Formmagio. I did add a fine grating of fresh Parmesan cheese to the ravioli and the squash.
My calories were reasonably low so I had one of the lower calorie Nutrisystem desserts, the Nutrisystem Orange Cream Bar. I still really like the orange and vanilla flavor of this treat.
If you noticed the totals I'm low on steps again. I was not at home to use my treadmill and it was too wet out to go walking. I know, excuses, excuses. At least I didn't go off any any food tangents. Hope you all have a great weekend, see you Sunday!
