Three months down and counting! I had to rush out early so I used that as an excuse not to hop on the scale.
Because I was rushing I selected the easiest thing to prep which was the Nutrisystem Granola Cereal with Fage 2% Greek Yogurt. I did take an extra minute to slice a little banana to serve atop the yogurt. I didn't take the time to take a picture.
I stopped for a cup of coffee and I had them toss in some real cream because the coffee is otherwise too strong. When I finally got home I had a thin slice of Kirkland ham.
I looked up and it was past noon. I wanted to get a walk but decided to eat first. I heated a Nutrisystem Grilled Chicken Sandwich and tossed some field greens with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a little kosher salt.
I came back from my walk and I was feeling a little peckish so I had my usual slice of Dave's Killer skinny bread and 3/4 ounce of Toscano salami.
I know my calorie count is higher than it should be. This is probably why I'm losing so slowly. Based on that data I selected the Nutrisystem Chili with Beans for dinner. I did add about 1/2 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese and a little raw white onion. Although I prefer my homemade chili that Nutrisystem version tastes pretty good. I was too lazy to even eat a salad.
You'd think given I knew my calorie count was high compared to my exercise level today that I may have forgone my dessert. Haha! Silly you! Instead I ate a Nutrisystem Ice Cream Sandwich. I'll repent, tomorrow.
This was a slothful day. I didn't even hit 9000 steps. Spending over 2 hours in the car commuting to an appointment didn't help. That's my main excuse at least. Tomorrow is a workout day so I'll try to make up for my naughtiness today. For some reason I never took time to drink even a single glass of water until after dinner. I did consume a fair amount of coffee. Oh well, tomorrow is a new day. I hope you all are prepping for a good weekend! See you tomorrow.
