That was a surprising weight loss. I weighed twice just to make sure it was correct. I'm not complaining!
Normally this is work out day but this day is already messed up with a conflicting appointment. I missed my workout and even getting a walk in today may be a stretch. My breakfast was odd too. I had a Nutrisytem Cinnamon Streusel Muffin and a slice of Kirkland thin sliced ham (25 calories).
Well that meeting was supposed to be one hour ended up being over two hours so snack time came and went without a snack.
After my skimpy breakfast and no snack I was famished by lunch time. I heated a Nutrisystem Hamburger and added a little mustard and that was that.
This is going to be a very short blog today. I missed my afternoon snack too. I'm feeling a little bit out of control. I'm back to my old habits of missing meals and getting too hungry.
Well I finished out the day as bad as it started. Not really BAD but certainly not very well rounded, nutritionally speaking. I had the Nutrisystem Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast, again. I didn't even make a salad. I did get out for a small walk before dinner but this day was a disaster for exercise.
I didn't eat that much for dinner so I ate a Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake for dessert. It's too cool in the evening for me to eat ice cream. What else could I do? haha!
Other than some fresh parsley on my stuffed chicken breast I don't think a vegetable passed through my lips today. I got next to no exercise. I need to shop tomorrow and start organizing my time better so I don't have to miss exercise. I'm feeling off track again. See you tomorrow!
