Sunday October 16, 2016 Total Steps: 8177 Total Calories: 1314 calories Water Intake: 64 oz Weight Loss: -.4 (-14 lbs loss total to date)
Feels great, 14 lbs down! I hope its the water or maybe the exercise? Maybe all of the above. I just need keep doing whatever it is I'm doing right. Oh and speaking of progress, today was measurement day. As of today (starting week 9) I've lost, overall 15.75". That amazes me. That's a combined loss from chest, waist, hips, arms, thighs and neck. I guess that's why my clothes feel much looser. I should have measured after the first month but I'm sure I hit the Nutrisystem "guaranteed" loss of at least 5".
I had another Nutrisystem Cinnamon Roll today along with a scrambled egg and a couple slices of fresh tomatoes. Repetitive perhaps but sufficiently filling.
I had that last herb baked chicken thigh from the other night so I sliced off 2 ounces and served it with a slice of my newfound Dave's Killer Bigseed skinny bread. May not look too exciting but I love the combo of chicken and bread.
My lunch ended up being belated, after 2:00. A quick forage in the freezer scored me a Nutrisystem Steak and Cheese Melt. I have loads of tomatoes so I sliced up a nice plump one and topped it with some Bolthouse Greek Yogurt Blue cheese dressing. This should be enough to tide me over until dinner later.
My lunch was so late I didn't want to bother conjuring up a snack so I decided to have half of my remaining Nutrisystem Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt Nut Bar. I gave the other half to my other half.
It's been raining all day and I have had next to no exercise. I tried to take a walk this morning and got about 4-5 blocks from home when it started pouring. Even though I had a jacket with a hood my yoga pants were in no way rain resistant. I turned tail and scurried back home before I got drenched. I tried to keep dinner as low cal as could. I selected the Nutrisystem Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast. I have a pile of smallish eggplants to eat so I cut one into slices, basted the slices with olive oil and a little salt and pepper then baked them all with the chicken breast. Given I've had almost zero exercise I figured that was enough to eat.
I'm up to 1209 calories but I still felt like a dessert. I had 1 Nutrisystem Chocolate Sandwich cookie and about 1/3 of a Nutrisystem Chocolate Cake. The weather cleared enough that I could get another walk in. I didn't even hit 9k for the day. I was not home most of the time so I didn't have access to my treadmill. I know, excuses, excuses.
Those 64 ounces of water were easier to drink than I thought. It's just a matter of remembering to keep up with it. The weather clears tomorrow and it will be workout day so I'll get back in a routine. I'm really pleased about my total weight loss in inches. I have to say that tracking my measurements is something I never did with past diets. I strictly went by what clothes fit. I can see both are beneficial.
