Today there was no change in weight, did not go up or down. I laid low most of the day although I got a couple of walks in but didn't meet my desired goal of 11k.
I put some real cream cheese on my Nutrisystem Honey Wheat Bagel. I do wish they offered a less sugary bagel option.
It was so close to lunch time that I skipped my morning snack and just had lunch instead.
I had errands to run so lunch was a rush job today. I forgot I had a second stash of frozen foods in my other freezer so I was happy to find another Nutrisystem Grilled Chicken Sandwich. I kept it simple by just adding a slice of tomato, red onion and topped with some leafy greens.
I forgot to buy bread so I just had 1 ounce of Toscano Salami slices. Tasty but probably not as healthy a snack as it could have been.
I purchased 2 of the smallest pork chops I could find and they were still way more than I wanted. I decided to grill them both then just serve myself a 4 ounce portion and keep the left overs for a lunch or part of a snack. In addition to the chop I steamed some green beans I picked up at the farmer's market this morning. I also mashed 1 sweet potato which made 2 nice small servings. As you can see a 4 ounce serving of the pork chop is a pretty small amount but it was plenty.

I couldn't resist a chocolaty treat so I downed another Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake.
My back seems to be improving so despite my desire to walk more I'm glad I didn't. The Flex Meals (like dinner tonight) makes such as nice break from all the pre-made foods. The meal I had tonight is exactly what I would have made in the past except I'd have eaten the entire 8 ounce chop. The potato and green beans were a normal portion size. It is all about portions. Hopefully it will pay off on the scale tomorrow!
