After a year of Nutrisystem and a short dance with Slimming World I'm now winging it on my own. Hopefully I'll provide you with some tips on what works and what doesn't work for maintaining and maybe even losing a little more weight. As the saying goes, you can't be too rich or too thin!

Day 18 - Sunday. Another hot day but not as bad as yesterday. I ate fairly well, just more than I needed. I got all my steps in. My unwrapped fajita wrap tasted great.

Day 17 - Saturday. Over 108F here today. Somehow I still managed to get all my exercise it. This is brutal heat. I haven't kicked my cheese and cracker habit yet.
