Weight down a little more! I slept well last night and my appetite seems almost normal. It's gym day so I heated a quick Nutrisystem Turkey Sausage and Egg Muffin. I like these, can't say I love, love them but they are handy, fast, calorie and portion controlled. At least its one quick breakfast that isn't yogurt, berries and granola! I wolfed down my breakfasted and headed up the street to the gym.
After gym I did my usual few block walk around the neighborhood for some extra steps. When I got back my Fitbit Pedometer registered 5001 steps, not bad. I was a little hungry so I made a Nutrisystem Chocolate TurboShake (1/2 serving). Later I had one stick of light string cheese.
The shake was pretty filling but I got a little hungry around lunch time. I still have some older Nutrisystem foods to use up. I heated a Nutrisystem Creamy Beef Alfredo. I didn't add quite enough water before heating it so it came out a little thick. It still tasted OK.
After lunch, towards 2ish, I had a cup of iced black coffee. Technically not a snack but it hit the spot, nevertheless.
Well, I was doing quite well today but decided to take an evening off. We drove to a local spot and shared chicken wings (not fried) and a nice beet and citrus salad.
We also decided to sample two desserts. One we've had before, the bread pudding and the other was a chocolate cake which I didn't care for. I had several bites of the bread pudding but just a couple of the (over baked chocolate cake).
Mostly this was a healthy living day; a less healthy living evening but not that bad. Hope you all have a great weekend planned. Have a safe, peaceful weekend!
