I had some yogurt, blueberries, and a strawberry for breakfast along with my usual couple cups of black coffee. I was balancing a plate on my lap so I didn't try to get a picture. We wanted to head out early to hopefully beat some of the bay area commute traffic (which didn't work).
We were still on the road at snack time. We got home and set to work getting life organized once again.
I had a pile of work to do at my desk. I looked up at it was close to noon. I finally stopped and had one stick of light string cheese and about 2 ounces of cashew nuts. It's looking bleak for much of a walk today.
I had an appointment to get to at 1:30 so that consumed snack time. I decide just to make some pasta for an early dinner. I got a short walk in, not enough to amount to anything.
I made a dish I haven't made for quite awhile, mostly because I don't eat pasta that often. The sauce is a vodka tomato and cream sauce with turkey Italian sausage. I know, what could be bad about that.
I did enough damage with dinner so I didn't have a snack.
Exercise wise the day was a disappointment. I can only pack so many things into a day. Tomorrow I'll have gym so perhaps I can make up for today's sloth.
