Even I'm getting board of breakfast but it tastes good and it is fast and easy to throw together. I scarfed it down and got to the gym at 7am.
I took a real short walk after gym. I had some office tasks so I completed those while sipping iced black coffee.
Once again this was lunch for two, a plate of cheese, charcuterie, and the last of the leftover chicken breast. My husband ate the sweet pickles; I'm a dill fan. These grapes were surprisingly good.
My lunch was late so I skipped a snack and went straight for dinner.
This is another one of my go-to quick, cool meals. Rotini pasta with bell peppers, scallions, prosciutto and feta cheese. I also serve with with some garlic olive oil.
Dinner was more than enough but later in the evening I had one square of extra dark 72% chocolate.
Dinner was pretty healthy although my portion was a bit more generous than it could have been. I was able to well exceed my step goal for the day. We have several more days of heat to go and the weekend is to be the worst. Hang in there, and I will too.
