I truly need to grocery shop. I had some granola and some Fage total 0 (no fat) yogurt. Not very exciting or filling. I just didn't feel like eggs either. I did a few chores after breakfast then headed for a walk about 10ish.
Having a skimpy breakfast did not pay off. I got famished while I was out walking. I stopped at our fresh-Mex place and split a nicely made chicken burrito. I don't see how anyone could eat a whole one of these although I'm sure it's been done. I expect this will tide me over for hours. I completed my burrito and my walk and headed back home.
The half burrito was snack and lunch.
I didn't bother with a snack either. I took another short walk and then, for whatever reason we decided to have pizza for dinner.
In my defense, this is the first pizza I've had in over a year (Nutrisystem pizza does not count). On the upside I only had 2 pieces. I'm concerned about all the leftovers. I may need to freeze some of it. It's pretty tempting sitting in the refrigerator. Each slice is about 270 - 300 calories.
I ate the pizza fairly early. Around 8:00m I had one small .3oz square of dark chocolate (67 calories).
Spaghetti, pizza, burritos? Ok so hopefully I have all these tempting not-so-healthy foods out of my system for awhile. I hope I can get back on track tomorrow, Sunday. You'll be the first to know!
