Episode 53 - Monday. Yet another gym day. I didn't make my step goal. I haven't been getting my 2nd walk in. I've been mightily off track but working on getting back on board with my Healthy Living.

Day 51 - Friday. I hit the gym and got a couple of walks in so I exceeded my 10k step goal. I had an unfortunate incident involving a bag of BBQ potato chips. Some days we try to live healthfully but some days we fall short.
