The CDC (center for disease control) announced there is yet another Salmonella Dublin outbreak from an unknown source of ground beef. This outbreak has sickened 10 people in six states, including one death in California. The other states that have been identified in the outbreak included Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and Iowa.
Because the origins of the outbreak are not yet known, make sure to cook any ground beef in your refrigerator or freezer using the guidelines above.
