The bar was fairly filling, the flavor was fine. This will not work for you if you have any nut or soy allergies.

If you are inveterate dieter as am I you may be aware of these little facts but for the benefit of others who may not, here goes. When reading food ingredients look for words that end with "tol" such as maltitol or sorbitol all of which are types of sugar.
Inulin on the other hand is a product that adds fiber to the bar. Another common ingredient you'll find in Nutrisystem foods are soy proteins which are added to beef up (no pun intended) the protein in the food.
So far I've eaten this bar 2 times in my over 300 days on Nutrisystem. You can read about it here: Day 1 and Day 246
You can purchase these bars directly from Nutrisystem or you can buy bars and variety packs on Amazon.com.
