Vietnamese Iced Coffee
This is a delightful, sweet cool drink that will top off any spicy meal.

I N G R E D I E N T S
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
3-4 teaspoons Vietnamese coffee or other espresso
ice

I N S T R U C T I O N S
Place 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk in a tall glass. Add ice. Sit the filter on top of the glass.

emove the filter lid the turn the center post counter clockwise and remove the screen. Add 3 to 4 teaspoons of Vietnamese or other espresso ground coffee. Replace the screen and tighten the screw moderately.

Pour in a little
boiling water to fill about 1/4 of the coffee filter. Wait for about 20 to 30 seconds.

Undo the screw at least two turns. Refill with
boiling water and replace the lid. The coffee is ready when it has stopped dripping.  Remove the filter, stir the coffee to incorporate the milk.
