Sonoma Jack Cheese Fondue
From the folks at the Sonoma Jack Cheese Factory, Sonoma, California.

Servings: About 6

I N G R E D I E N T S
2 cups milk
2 cups white wine (Dry)
2 oz. butter
1/4 cup flour Butter roux
3 tbsp. corn starch
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon. celery salt
*1/2 lb. Sonoma "Hot Pepper" Jack Cheese
*1 lb. Sonoma Habanero Jack Cheese
*2 oz. cheddar cheese


I N S T R U C T I O N S
Bring milk to a boil; add butter roux. Stir constantly. Add white wine and corn starch, stirring constantly. Add cheese and remainder of ingredients.

*May substitute with any great Sonoma Jack flavored cheese
